About the Pennsylvania Director’s Credential

Keystone College offers the nine-credit PA Director Credential program administered by the Pennsylvania Office of Child Development for individuals, who are employed in director positions in certified child care facilities in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The credential details instructional competency outcomes that are achieved through participation in the following coursework:
ECE 3150 – Administration and Supervision of Schools for Young Children
PSYC 4110/BUSN 4115 – Organizational Behavior
PSYC 4115 /LEAD 4110 – Supervision and Leadership

Keystone College reserves the right to cancel or postpone any program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled, registrants will be notified and a refund will be processed. Requests for refunds for withdrawals must be submitted in writing five days prior to the start of the program. Refunds will not be issued for failure to attend a program.
