What’s next?
Please follow the enrollment checklist below to complete the enrollment process.
Phase 1
1. Calculate costs
The Net Price Calculator is tuition cost calculator designed to help you estimate the cost of your tuition and your financial aid options at Keystone College.
2. Submit FAFSA
Create your FSA ID, then fill your FAFSA form at www.studentaid.gov by April 30 or you may be in jeopardy of losing your institutional grants and scholarships. Keystone College’s code is 003280.
3. Review aid requirements and complete your cost of attendance worksheet
Complete all your requirements for disbursement of financial aid listed in your financial aid letter that was mailed to your home. (Find the Master Promissory note at studentaid.gov)
Sign and return your Cost of Attendance worksheet worksheet in order to secure your aid.
4. Review COVID-19 Protocols
For the latest COVID-19 updates please visit keystone.edu/covid.
5. Pay Your Deposit
Pay your deposit online using MyKC (your log-in credentials were emailed when you submitted our on-line application) or visit the Enrollment Deposit page for information on other payment methods.
6. Attend Accepted Students Day
Join us to hear about financial aid, meet with students and faculty, and learn about campus resources and activities,
7. Stay in touch with Admissions
Our admissions counselors help you with application procedures, financial aid, and new student orientation. You can email your admissions counselor directly or schedule an appointment.

Phase 2 – Begins After Deposit
1. Submit Transcripts
Submit your final high school or college transcripts to the Admissions office after your graduation. Email: admissions@keystone.edu
2. Submit the Housing Survey
Complete the housing application on the Candidate tab in MyKC. Housing surveys will be available starting March 1 (Resident students only.)
3. Review and Submit Health Requirements
Download a copy of the Student Health Requirements
3. Register for Orientation
All incoming students are expected to participate in our New Student Orientation Program.
4. Complete the Risk Waiver Form
Freshmen, complete the Orientation Weekend Risk Waiver form before Orientation Week.
Phase 3 – After Orientation
1. Review your invoice
Bills are due August 8. Know the billing cycle and review your invoice with Student Central. All aid must be approved and balance paid in full.
2. Register your vehicle
Learn more about vehicle registration and parking.
3. Access the Student Health Portal
Use your Keystone username and submit all required health forms through the Student Health Portal no later than one week prior to your first day on campus.
4. Review the FERPA Policy
Review the FERPA policy and fill out the FERPA form if you want to grant access of your records to someone else.
5. New Science and Allied Health majors only: Order your lab coat
If you are a Science or Allied Health major, order your lab coat. The deadline is August 5 and the cost is FREE. You will receive your coat as part of your freshmen lab pack your first week on campus.
6. Read the Student Handbook
Read the Student Handbook and become familiar with College policies.
