About Empathetic Communication and Feedback

While we continued to serve our customers during the tumultuous past two years, we are running fast to keep up and catch up. We may have lost some of our connection with our internal customers—our employees. This training will provide instruction on how to adjust our communication and feedback efforts so there is a balance between delivering service to our customers and ensuring there is a connection with our employees.

Keystone College reserves the right to cancel or postpone any program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled, registrants will be notified and a refund will be processed. Requests for refunds for withdrawals must be submitted in writing five days prior to the start of the program. Refunds will not be issued for failure to attend a program.
