About Effective Conflict Resolution
We have resolved conflict in our workplaces to get through the challenges of COVID-19. From mask wearing to scheduling employees in person and remote, we have persevered to serve our external and internal customers. This session will provide guidance about what conflict style you prefer and how to resolve conflicts using a tested model. As a leader it is essential to meet conflict in your workplaces and not bury problems that may ‘fester’ and cause other problems in the future.

Keystone College reserves the right to cancel or postpone any program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled, registrants will be notified and a refund will be processed. Requests for refunds for withdrawals must be submitted in writing five days prior to the start of the program. Refunds will not be issued for failure to attend a program.
