Spring Semester Checklist

Congratulations! You’ve been accepted to Keystone College!

We have offered you a spot in our incoming class because we BELIEVE in you. Please follow the enrollment checklist for SPRING to complete the enrollment process. (Click here if you are starting in the FALL semester).

Phase 1 – Complete the next steps in the enrollment process.

1. Submit FAFSA

Create your FSA ID, then fill your FAFSA form at www.studentaid.gov by April 30 or you may be in jeopardy of losing your institutional grants and scholarships. Keystone College’s code is 003280.

2. Review aid requirements

Complete all your requirements for disbursement of financial aid listed in your financial aid letter that was mailed to your home. (Find the Master Promissory note at www.studentaid.gov. )

3. Register and attend orientation

Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2023 at 3 p.m.

Meet your fellow classmates, hear from offices all over campus, gain access to your course schedule, and receive your housing assignments (if applicable). Also, you’ll have your picture taken for your Keystone student ID!

4. Pay Your Deposit

Visit the Enrollment Deposit page for information on payment methods. Secure your spot in our incoming class by submitting your deposit today!

5. Submit Transcripts

Submit your final high school or college transcripts to the Admissions office after your graduation. Email: admissions@keystone.edu

6. Submit the Housing Survey

Complete the housing application on the Candidate tab in MyKC. Housing surveys will be available starting March 1 (Resident students only.)

7. Review and Submit Health Requirements

Phase 2 – Complete these steps after orientation

1. Register your vehicle

Learn more about vehicle registration and parking.

2. Access the Student Health Portal

Use your Keystone username and submit all required health forms through the Student Health Portal no later than one week prior to your first day on campus.

3. Review the FERPA Policy

Review the FERPA policy and fill out the FERPA form if you want to grant access of your records to someone else.

4. Review your invoice

Bills are due in January. Know the billing cycle and review your invoice with Student Central. All aid must be approved and balance paid in full. For questions, contact the Office of Student Central by calling (570) 945-8300 or by e-mailing studentcentral@keystone.edu.
