Associate Professor Deborah Doyle Belknap, J.D., Ph.D., was recently published in the October 2021 issue of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Quarterly. Her article, Maas v. UPMC: Muddying The Waters Of Therapist Liability In Pennsylvania, which analyzes a recent Pennsylvania Supreme Court case that expanded the circumstances under which mental health treatment providers can be held liable for their patients’ violent acts. Attorney Belknap is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar.
