Neil is the co-founder of Nexgen, an organization that launched in 2011 to support a global workforce to build the confidence and skills needed to thrive in the future of work. Neil has had various experiences throughout his professional career. Most recently much of his professional adventures have been helping others in gaining industry experience, career readiness and practicing design thinking.
