Why an in-person MBA
The On-Campus MBA provides a traditional graduate learning experience with face-to-face instruction and direct engagement with faculty and peers. Students benefit from classroom discussion, networking opportunities, and the structure of scheduled in-person meetings.
This is also the MBA option designed for international students who need an on-campus graduate program experience. International students can study in person, connect with faculty and classmates, and become part of the Keystone College campus community while earning their MBA.

Program Goals
By the end of the program, graduates will:
- Demonstrate integrated, innovative strategic thinking and problem-solving skill sets.
- Demonstrate exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Synthesize operational knowledge of business, marketing, project management, information technology, finance, accounting, statistics, and quantitative analysis.
- Appraise environmental, corporate, and financial resource sustainability.

Program Format
Courses are delivered on campus in a traditional in-person learning environment.
Program Prerequisites
Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree (any major) from a regionally accredited college or university with an overall GPA of 3.00 or higher. Applicants who do not hold a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field must complete the following undergraduate courses (or their equivalent) with a grade of “B” or higher prior to matriculation into the program:
- Introduction to Business or Introduction to Management
- Economics
- Accounting
Students with industry experience may seek a waiver from these prerequisite requirements from the Program Director.

Students will complete nine (9) core course requirements (27 credits) and three (3) courses in their chosen concentration (9 credits). A total of 36 credits are needed for graduation.

Application
Keystone College accepts students throughout the year with starts dates in August and January.
Program Schedule
The on-campus graduate program will operate on two traditional 15-week semesters (fall and spring). Full-time students will take three courses each semester with anticipated completion in two academic years (four semesters).
Online students also have the option to take classes on-campus to complement their online courses. Online students are limited to four courses each semester regardless of how the courses are taken.
