Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees oversees the operation of Keystone College and shall have and exercise the corporate powers prescribed by the laws of Pennsylvania. The Board is responsible for ensuring that the College fulfills its mission, operates with fiscal integrity, and provides oversight of educational quality. The essential functions of the Board cover providing strategic direction, establishing policy, assessing risk, reviewing legal compliance, assurance of sound management, and advocacy for the College and the communities it serves. The Board meets four times during the year.
