I did not know how much could be included on one tax return. IO though they were all pretty basic, but some returns are very complex. I also learned how complex estate returns are.
3. A Challenge I Faced
I faced a major challenge at the start of my internship. That challange was getting familuar with the program they used. I had to enter new clients previous years tax returns and I did not know where to find some items. I asked for help when stuck for a while and eventually got the hang of it.
