Kevin Vinson, MBA

Associate Professor of Accounting

Business, Management, and Technology | School of Professional Studies

Harris Hall 105

I grew up in Dalton, PA where my parents still live. I currently live in Scranton with my wife Melinda and our 1 year old Pug named Daisy that we adore! I knew in my second year of college that I wanted to become a Professor as I loved my accounting classes and the excellent professors who mentored me throughout, and after my time in college. My father taught chemistry at the University of Scranton for over 35 years so maybe it was in my genes. I am a huge sports fan and my favorite team is the Dallas Cowboys. I love to travel and especially love the beach! I have been to Hawaii, Cancun, Jamaica, and Punta Cana. I have been teaching at Keystone for 19 years and my job is incredibly rewarding. I also own a small tax practice in Dalton, PA as I have always enjoyed doing taxes.
