Officer Robert Stelmak from the Scranton Police Department and his K-9 Attyro recently gave a presentation to Criminal Justice students. Attyro is certified for patrol work and explosive detection.
Inspector Martin Monahan from the Scranton Police Department and his K-9 Ember recently gave a presentation to Criminal Justice students. Ember is a certified accelerant detection K-9 which is utilized in suspected arson investigations.
