On-Campus Recruitment

The Career Development Center brings a diverse sampling of employers to campus each semester to meet with students and share information about their company, internship opportunities, job availability, and on site interviews. If you are interested in recruiting at Keystone College please e-mail cdc@keystone.edu

Recruitment Guidelines

Keystone College welcomes employers to connect with our talented students through on site networking events.  All programs or opportunities are scheduled in advance to allow time for proper advertising and room reservation.  Please contact us at 570-945-8312 or via email at cdc@keystone.edu to set up.

All jobs and internships are posted on the College Central Network online database. These listings can be accessed by students/schools in the NPEC consortium including: King’s College, Marywood University, Misericordia University, the University of Scranton, and Wilkes University.

Individuals wishing to post full or part-time jobs that include yard work, childcare, tutoring, or odd jobs are welcome to advertise through our college.  All such opportunities will be advertised on our bulletin boards only.  Students take positions at own risk.

The Career Development Center does not work with organizations that require students to pay a fee or buy into, including direct selling opportunities.  Students are welcomed and encouraged to pursue such opportunities on their own.

Keystone College will work with temporary employment agencies.  However, we cannot post any jobs for third party recruiters, unless employer information can be disclosed.

Keystone College does not individually screen candidates.  It is the responsibility of employers to thoroughly research any applicants.  We would be happy to host employers who are interested in conducting interviews on campus.

We look forward to strengthening the relationship between Keystone College and employers.  Please contact us at cdc@keystone.edu or via telephone at 570-945-8312 if you have any questions, or would like to work with us.  Use of this website implies consent to abide by all regulations set forth by the Career Development Center at Keystone College.
