Why Keystone?
Keystone College makes education more accessible and affordable to residents of Wyoming County by offering a 10% tuition discount to county residents.
With the lowest tuition of any private college in Northeastern Pennsylvania, Keystone offers more than 50 undergraduate and graduate degree options in liberal arts and science-based programs in business, communications, education, natural science, environmental science, and social sciences.
This program is open to students with legal residency in the county as evidenced by graduation from a Wyoming County high school or other proof of legal residency. Students temporarily living in College housing or student apartments that happen to be in Wyoming County are not eligible.
