La Plume — Keystone College celebrated its 150th commencement during a ceremony at the Circle Drive-In, Scranton, on Monday, May 24. Degrees were conferred upon 231 students.
Thomas See, head of concert venues for the global live entertainment company Live Nation, provided the keynote address. A 1991 graduate of Keystone (Junior) College, he oversees more than 100 of Live Nation’s clubs, theaters, and amphitheaters across the United States and is responsible for all aspects of venue operations, including hospitality, guest services, sustainability, and more.
Keystone President Tracy L. Brundage, Ph.D. presided over the ceremony and outstanding graduate Ty Sharrow, Lehighton, addressed his classmates. Sherry S. Strain, Ph.D., professor and chair of faculty senate, and James C. Clark, chair of Keystone’s board of trustees, presented the degrees to the candidates.
