The college recently negotiated a property lease agreement with owners, ATR La Plume, LLC to rent the six-unit complex and will include the apartments as an additional student housing option beginning in the 2019-2020 academic year. Keystone does not own and is not purchasing the townhomes.
The property will be maintained in accordance with college housing standards. Students who reside there will be subject to the student code of conduct and will be under the supervision of the Office of Student Life with support from the Campus Safety Office.
The College will begin its 151st academic year in September and is proud to be a part of the local community. Each year, Keystone students, faculty, and staff complete 26,000 hours of service to the community, much of it in the Factoryville/La Plume/Tunkhannock area.
