The holiday season is a time for giving and a time for celebrating. A group of Keystone College students will be doing a little of both on at the upcoming “Santa for Seniors” gift wrapping party on Wednesday, Dec. 13 from 10 a.m. – noon in Evans Hall in Hibbard Campus Center.

Each December, members of the college’s Sport Management and Recreation Team (SMART) gather to wrap gifts donated by the Keystone and local communities that will help make the holidays a little brighter for local senior citizens. This year’s gifts will be delivered to Meadow View Health Care Center and Gracious Living Care Center in Montrose.

This year, the students will gift wrap approximately 200 presents for local seniors. The gifts are donated by local residents as well as Keystone students, faculty and staff and delivered to local senior citizens during the holiday season.
