The Keystone College Environmental Education Institute will present the next program in its “Energy in Our Backyard,” series on Thursday, Oct. 22 from 2-3:15 p.m. at the KCEEI offices in Lackawanna Hall on campus. The presentation is free and open to the public.
Guest speaker for the event will be Adam Pope, senior director for the Bravo Group, a leading public affairs and advocacy firm with offices in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Harrisburg.
Mr. Pope will discuss ongoing regional natural gas pipeline projects and the economic and employment impact they have on local businesses and industries. The presentation will be of interest to business owners and others seeking more information about economic opportunities resulting from natural gas pipeline projects.
A recognized expert on energy trends and how they impact business and industry, Mr. Pope is leader of the Bravo Group’s Energy Practice. He has developed and executed large-scale communication plans for energy exploration and pipeline infrastructure companies.
