Keystone College has been included on a national list of Military Friendly Schools, ranking among the top 20 percent of colleges, universities, and trade schools in the nation that are doing the most to recruit and retain students with military experience.
The 2014-2015 list was released recently by G.I. Jobs Magazine, published by Victory Media, a veteran-owned business based in Coraopolis, Pa. The selection of Military Friendly Schools was compiled through extensive research and a data-driven survey during which G.I. Jobs polled over 10,000 Veterans Administration-approved colleges and universities nationwide. This is the sixth consecutive year that Keystone has been named as a Military Friendly School by G.I. Jobs.
Methodology and criteria were developed with the assistance of a national academic advisory committee consisting of educators from institutions across the nation. The survey tabulation process and methodology were independently verified by Ernst and Young LLP.
“Inclusion on the 2014 list of Military Friendly Schools shows Keystone College’s commitment to providing a supportive environment for military students,” said Sean Collins, director for G.I. Jobs and vice president at Victory Media.
