Position: Admissions Graduate Assistant
Reports to: Sean Wright, Director of Admissions
Position Summary:
This position supports the work of the Enrollment Division by representing Keystone College, by assisting in the recruitment and administration process within the admissions department Assists the Director of Admissions in representing the admissions office to various campus constituencies. Performs other office and admissions-related duties as needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Over-sees, trains, and schedules work-study students who serve as tour guides and admissions staff
- Conducts admissions presentations and tours during campus visits and events
- Schedules and assists in the training of tour guide staff, admissions ambassadors, and office workers
- Utilizes the CRM, office phones, and email to assist in admissions functions, outreach, and customer service including providing information, requesting missing application documents, and invitations to campus events and more
- Gives campus tours as needed
- Answers phones, emails, and RFI’s (requests for information) as needed
- Collaborates regularly with all admissions staff, including Counselors, Director, and office staff to meet the changing daily needs of the department
- Serves as an Admissions representative during Open House, Campus Visits, and other special events
- Functions as a liaison between Admissions and other departments on campus
- Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
Skills and Abilities:
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
- Weekend and evening work required
- Sales experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
