Keystone College faculty member Julie Brackeva‑Phillips, adjunct faculty in the Business, Management, and Technology department, has received approval from the IMA Research Foundation to continue her research on how CFO leadership influences financial professionals’ adoption of digital transformation technologies. The Academic Chair praised the project as a timely and highly relevant study with strong potential to advance both academic knowledge and practical understanding in the management accounting field.

As part of this work, Professor Brackeva‑Phillips is conducting a University of Scranton research study titled “A Study of Financial Professionals’ Judgments” (IRB Protocol #2389539‑2). The study seeks input from accounting and finance professionals who currently report—or have reported within the past year—to a CFO. Roles such as controller, finance manager, senior accountant, auditor, and financial analyst are encouraged to participate. The confidential online survey takes approximately 15 minutes, and participation is voluntary.

Those who meet the criteria are invited to contribute to this important research by completing the survey at: https://scranton.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_5tgpu49sSedzdfU
