Kitchen at Keystone Workshop
In this fun seasonal workshop, learn how to make a chocolate roulade cake to fill with vanilla buttercream and roll into a yule log – or bûche de Noël. After icing the log, decorate it with mushrooms, holly, pine cones, and “snow,” creating an edible, delicious centerpiece for your holiday table. Each participant will decorate a cake to take home in a box.
