About the Workshop
Forensic Archaeology applies archaeological methods to crime scene examination and human remains recovery. This can increase the amount of recovered evidence at a scene, which increases the chances of an investigative lead. Forensic Archaeology provides practical, hands-on field experience to law enforcement officers, crime scene personnel, death investigators and archaeologists. Topics covered include forensic protocols, crime scene documentation, human remains recovery, evidence integrity, and expert testimony.
