About Nature Photography

Learn the basics of nature photography at Keystone College Woodlands Campus. We will search out natural beauty and preserve images using our cameras.  Learn about studying subjects, framing shots, times of day for best lighting, distance, angles, perspectives, textures, and more.

Learn tips and techniques for your best shot in the great outdoors!  We will search for plants, flowers, wildlife, and landscape views leaving only footprints behind.

Basic equipment of a cell phone camera or camera with a lens are needed to participate in this introduction to nature photography.

All health guidelines will be followed for this outdoor program.  Prepare for an outdoor adventure wearing sturdy shoes and appropriate gear.

Dates:  Saturdays, June 19 and 26, 2021 (rain date if needed: July 10)
Time: 2-4 p.m.
Location:  Keystone College Woodlands, LaPlume, PA
Meet by Miller Library.  Campus map will be sent via email upon registration

Keystone College reserves the right to cancel or postpone any program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled, registrants will be notified and a refund will be processed. Requests for refunds for withdrawals must be submitted in writing five days prior to the start of the program. Refunds will not be issued for failure to attend a program.
