Examines the proper steps needed to successfully procure vent fundraising and sponsorships.
Purchasing, Food and Labor Cost Control
Discuss key processes, analyze/interpret business information, make decisions based on evidential matter.
Hotel and Lodging Operations
Examines the operations related to front office, cash control, sales and emergency procedures.
Discusses various types of events, trends, and provides the framework for planning meetings and events. Identifies the criteria for Certification Meeting Planner designator.
