Chicken 101

Kitchen at Keystone Workshop

Does your family groan when they ask “what’s for dinner?” Show off your stuff and do things with chicken that will blow their taste buds away! Join us as we roast, sauté, bake, and stew chicken into amazing center of the plate items. The menu includes the perfect roasted whole chicken, chicken scaloppini, and old fashion chicken and dumplings.

Class Information
All learners will receive a packet of recipes used and most classes will last 3 to 3 1/2 hours, unless noted otherwise.

 Policies
Be prepared to be an active participant! Please remember to wear flat, closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing. Long hair should be pulled back and excessive jewelry avoided. Aprons and towels will be provided for your use in class. Students are divided into groups at the discretion of the instructor. Towards the end of class, you will be seated to enjoy your meal along with your fellow classmates. Classes are limited to 12 students.  Students 16 and under may attend as a paid learner with a registered parent or guardian.  Please contact us if you have any specific questions about a class.

Arrival
We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to the start of class. We will start at that the time stated since our class availability is limited.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that refunds cannot be given for no-shows or cancellations. Class credit will be applied to another course of your choice. Although we make every effort to avoid changes to our class schedule, The Kitchen @ Keystone reserves the right to cancel any class due to low registration or substitute instructors in case of an emergency.  In the winter months’ please follow the cancellation of courses based off of the Keystone College schedule.
