SUMMARY:Performance Music Spring Concert
DESCRIPTION:We are honored to invite you to the Keystone College Early Spring Concert\, Open Doors\, A Welcome Song\, on Sunday\, March 1 at 7:00 PM. The evening will feature the Abington Heights High School Jazz Ensemble\, who will briefly open the show before Keystone’s ensembles take the stage. Admission is free\, no registration is required\, and complimentary refreshments will be served following the performance. \nThe concert will showcase the AHHS Jazz Ensemble performing three selections\, along with the Keystone College Symphonic Band\, Vocal Ensembles\, and Jazz Ensemble. This hour-long evening of music promises something for every musical taste. \nEarlier in the day\, both the AHHS and Keystone Jazz Ensembles will participate in a clinic with Mike Titlebaum. Students will also have the opportunity to work with Keystone’s Performance Music faculty: Tyler Dempsey\, Rebecca Hetzel\, Jason Zarwnowski\, Dieter Winterle\, Alana Cross\, and Jared Zarnowski. \nThe program will include vocal jazz standards such as “All of Me” and “That Old Black Magic\,” modern favorites like “Feelin’ Good” and “Pick Up the Pieces\,” as well as funk selections and more. \nThe concert will take place at The Theatre at Brooks on the Keystone College campus. \nFor more information\, please email music@keystone.edu\, visit www.facebook.com/musicatkeystone\, or call 570-945-8599.

SUMMARY:Performance Music Jazz Night At The Eckel Family Pavilion (New Location)
DESCRIPTION:New\, INDOOR location – same fun\, FREE summer jazz concert and party at Keystone on Sunday\, July 13th at 7 pm! Due to our concern over the safety of our guests with scattered thunderstorms\, the Jazz Night at Keystone has been moved to The Theatre in Brooks on our campus. \nIn a comfortable\, inddoor\, air conditioned environment\, we will still have free wine tasting\, treats for kids\, and food and beverages available for purchase. You can also still BYOB wine and beer. \nIn addition\, we have the theatre set up with comfortable chairs and tables for our guests\, as well as a fun summer décor. Attendees are encouraged to maintain the same summer “yard party” type atmosphere and eat\, converse\, move around the hall\, and simply enjoy themselves in a casual environment as the KC Jazz Ensemble and guest musicians supply the background music.
