Yoga classes, instructed by Samantha Patterson, are offered to staff, faculty, students, and community members, free of charge. Bring your friends and get ready to strengthen and relax your mind and body!
Participants should bring their own yoga mat.

Samantha Patterson is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher who began practicing yoga after sustaining injuries from being both a college and semi-professional athlete. When she began her journey with yoga, Patterson was surprised at the mental and physical components of the practice that brought stability, strength and meditative awareness to her life. She shares her passion for yoga through curiosity and fortitude, letting others experience and enjoy their own practice. Patterson teaches closely with vinyasa, meditation and paddleboard yoga styles. Off the mat, she works as the head women’s soccer coach at Keystone College and is completing her first novel. She has graduated from both Penn State and Wilkes University, recently obtaining a master’s in creative writing. Patterson can otherwise be found kayaking, snowboarding or rock climbing!
