Join Lindsay Howard, MS, LAT, ATC, CPT as she leads group fitness classes. Lindsay is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach through NASM. She is also the Athletic Trainer at Lackawanna Trail High School.
The following are the details, for each class:
- Each class will be an hour long and will include a mix of body weight/resistance band exercises focusing on getting our heart rates up. The class may be run as a circuit (multiple small groups) or one group.- Cost: $15 per class/$5 per class for current Keystone College students*/$5 for current Trail students/recent Trail graduates.
– Where: Howell Student Activity Space located on the bottom floor of Hibbard Campus Center.
– What to bring: water bottle, sweat towel, yoga mat/beach towel (for floor exercises).*5 Keystone College students may attend each class for free.[class days/times are subject to change]
