ARC Halloween Dance

Join us at the ARC of Northeastern Pennsylvania Halloween Dance! There will be food, fun and lots of dancing. Don’t forget to wear your costume for a chance to win the costume contest, which begins at 7 p.m. Hopefully, you won’t be too “spooked” to join us!
