Keystone College will host its annual Constitution Day program on Thursday, Sept. 17 from 12:45 – 1:45 p.m. in Evans Hall in Hibbard Campus Center. The event, which is free of charge, is open to the campus community and the public.

Guest speaker, attorney Frank P. Castellano, will present: “The U.S. Constitution, All that is Old is New Again.”

Attorney Castellano served as assistant district attorney in Lackawanna County from 1996-2002 and deputy district attorney from 2002-1015. He was appointed court administrator for the 45th Judicial District, Lackawanna County, on August 31, 2015.

Attorney Castellano received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Scranton and a juris doctor degree from St. Louis University School of Law and a certificate in International Law. He resides in Moscow serves on numerous community boards.
