General Information Appointment
General information sessions are offered to both current and prospective students, as well as parents. These 20-30 minute sessions provide information regarding documentation requirements, academic support offered, additional services, and answers to general questions.
Sometimes before the intake appointment, parents/students may have questions about the process about securing accommodations. We would be happy to set up a meeting via phone or Zoom to answer any general questions or may have.
Once the Intake Request form has been completed and the student’s documentation has been submitted, the student should schedule an intake appointment to discuss accommodations, procedures, and services. Disability Services may take up to 2 weeks to review the accommodations file prior to the intake appointment.
Completing Intake Appointments During the Summer
It is strongly recommended that prospective students complete their intake appointment during the summer, prior to beginning their first semester at Keystone College. Students should submit their documentation to Disability Services as early as possible and make an intake appointment once they receive their class schedule. Intake appointments will take place through Zoom.
