Disability Services Appointments

Intake Appointments

Once all of the documentation of disability and the request for accommodations services have been submitted, the student should schedule a disability services intake appointment to discuss accommodations, procedures, and services. Disability Services requires five business days to review the accommodations file prior to the intake appointment.

Completing Intake Appointments During the Summer

It is strongly recommended that prospective students complete their intake appointment during the summer, prior to beginning their first semester at Keystone College. Students should submit their documentation to Disability Services and schedule an intake appointment as early as possible.

General Information Appointment

General information sessions are hosted by an Access Coordinator and are offered to both current and prospective students, as well as parents. These 20-30 minute sessions provide information regarding documentation requirements, academic support offered, additional services, and answers to general questions.
