Residence Life FAQs

When are move out dates? (May 20, 2020)
Residence Hall has announced that the dates for move out are May 26, 27, 28, June 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, and 11.  These dates were selected to ensure that there will be staff available to supervise and/or assist. Sign up for an available time slot according to your residence hall.  We are providing a 2-hour window to ensure proper social distancing. A Residence Life Staff member will be in the lobby of your residence hall to make sure that only scheduled individuals are entering the hall and garbage bags will be provided.  There will be an envelope in your room for you to leave your keys. If you have any books, materials, or iPads to return, please leave them in your room, and Residence Life will arrange for pick up.
We are requiring that:

  • You bring only 1 person to assist you.
  • You and your assistant wear masks while inside the residence hall.
  • Vehicles should not park next to each other.

Am I allowed to return to campus for any reason?
Effective immediately and throughout the period of remote instruction, students will not be allowed to enter campus.

If I stayed on campus for Spring Break, when do I need to vacate my residence hall?
Any residential students who have not been approved for a housing exception must vacate residence halls as soon as possible, but no later than Friday, March 20, 2020.  If you are unable to do so for any reason, please email Carlyle Hicks at carlye.hicks@keystone.edu immediately.

How can students who live on campus retrieve their belongings? (Updated March 20, 2020)
Resident students should check their Keystone College email for information from Residence Life. Please contact Residence Life at residencelife@keystone.edu with additional questions.

Can I retrieve my car from campus?

What happens if my vehicle is parked on campus and I can’t move it?
