What is the status of activities on campus and on-site services?
All on-campus activities will be discontinued during the period of remote instruction. The Miller Library building will be closed however, staff will be available to provide services remotely.  Gambal Athletic Center, and College Green Eatery & Market are closed. Keystone Fitness Center is closed at least through April 1. The Steak ’n Shake is open 11 a.m.–11 p.m. for drive-thru orders only.

What is the status of campus events?
The following events have been canceled in keeping with federal guidelines: Accepted Students Day, April Open House, April Career Fair, Grad Finale, All-College Honors Convocation, Senior Art Exhibitions, and the Undergraduate Research and Creativity Fair. No decision has yet been made regarding Commencement.

How do I get my mail that already been delivered to campus? (Updated March 20, 2020)
Resident students should provide their forwarding address to Melinda Eggert in the Keystone College Post Office via email. Students who have any regular reoccurring deliveries being sent to the College should contact the vendor and change the shipping address to their home address. Since the College’s physical campus is closed, UPS and FedEx are no longer delivering packages to the College and packages are being returned to the sender per their policy. Students who have mail that hasn’t been picked up and has not provided the Keystone College Post Office a forwarding address will receive an email from Melinda requesting their forwarding address. What happens to my job as a work study employee?
Through the period of remote instruction, students should not report to work study positions.

Will Campus Safety remain open?
Yes, Campus Safety will remain open 24/7 and can be reached at 570-945-8989.

Are Dining Services available?
The Student Restaurant and College Green Eatery and Market are currently closed. The Steak ’n Shake drive-thru is open 11 a.m.–11 p.m. The College will continue to support students who are unable to return home or need additional time to leave campus. For these students, pre-determined food options have been made available.

Will the Counseling and Well-Being Center remain open?
Yes, remotely. If you need to contact Counseling, please call 570-945-8309 or email Students who have a current relationship with Counseling will receive telecounseling and Counseling is also arranging provide continued care.
