Keystone College was well represented at the state Capitol in Harrisburg as part of Student Aid Advocacy Day and Undergraduate Research at the Capitol.
Student Aid Advocacy Day
Keystone students Shawn Reilly, Graciela Castelan, and Abreham Kittel joined hundreds of students at the state Capitol rallying for PHEAA state grants and Ready to Succeed scholarship grants as part of the Association of Independent Colleges and Universities of Pennsylvania’s (AICUP) Student Aid Advocacy Day.
The students joined AICUP to work in the areas of government advocacy, research, and communication and also rallied for support of private institutions of higher education.

Undergraduate Research at the Capitol
Gwenddolen Kettenburg, Alicia Secules, Miranda Woodruff and Nichole Giani were selected to present their research as part of the Undergraduate Research at the Capitol poster conference.
The students spent the day sharing their experiences and ideas with peers from other schools and showcased their research to members of Pennsylvania’s House and Senate.
