About Me

Prior to joining the Sport and Recreation Management program, I taught at East Stroudsburg University and my alma mater, McDaniel College. I am completing my PhD in Sport Management at Indiana University, and writing my dissertation on student-athlete wellness. I earned a Masters of Education in Sports Management from Millersville University and a Masters of Education in Physical Education & Health from McDaniel College. My teaching philosophy involves a marriage between experiential learning and dynamic classroom participation. My courses strive to create educational environments that establish a culture of learning made up of collaborative partnerships with students.
