Keystone College and Lackawanna College have signed an articulation agreement enabling students who obtain an associate degree in environmental science at Lackawanna College to pursue a bachelor of science degree in environmental resource management at Keystone College.
Specifically, students at Lackawanna College who receive an associate degree in the environmental science and obtain a minimum 2.0 grade point average will be granted junior year status at Keystone as an environmental resource management major. Students may transfer a maximum of 75 credits toward their degree at Keystone.

Coppola, Ph.D. “We welcome Lackawanna College graduates who wish to continue their college education by pursuing a bachelor’s degree as members of the Keystone College community.”

Agreements such as this are confirmation of the quality of our graduates and our curriculum,” said Lackawanna College President Mark Volk.
Keystone’s environmental resource management program combines academic training with environmental experience. Graduates have found success in private industry, government, and pursuing advanced degree programs.
Lackawanna College’s environmental science major guides students through the first two years of their degree and includes varied courses containing classroom work, laboratory experience, and the opportunity to participate in field experiences in their own environment. The curriculum includes use of the College’s LEED Gold-certified Environmental Education Center.
