Keystone College has been once again been recognized for offering one of the best online accounting programs in the nation by a leading educational web site.

Online-Accounting-Degrees.Net has listed Keystone’s online bachelor’s degree in accounting as the 28th best online accounting program in the nation. The web site gathered extensive information on online accounting degree programs across the country and compiled a list of the top 50 programs on its web site, www.online-accounting-degrees.net.

“Keystone is the perfect choice for students who want a school with a great reputation,” Online-Accounting-Degrees.Net reported.

This is the second national recognition for Keystone’s online accounting program. In 2014, Affordable Colleges Online, another website which provides information about online educational programs, ranked Keystone’s online accounting bachelor’s degree program 20th in the nation.

“Keystone College is again honored to receive national recognition for our online accounting program from Online-Accounting-Degrees.Net,” said Keystone Professor and Accounting Curriculum Coordinator Dr. Patricia Davis. “These ongoing awards clearly demonstrate the high quality of the accounting and business programs at Keystone College.”

The Keystone College bachelor’s degree in accounting offers an 11:1 student/teacher ratio and 88 percent of students receive financial aid. The program is designed to develop professional, managerial, and technical excellence in accounting and related business fields. Through the completely online program, students learn to accumulate and summarize information, analyze and interpret results, and present information for business decision making. Keystone offers a rolling admission policy throughout the year so candidates are encouraged to apply anytime.

Keystone also offers a traditional “in-class” bachelor’s degree in accounting and in 2014 received permission from the United States Department of Education and the Pennsylvania Department of Education to offer a master’s degree in accounting, which is offered in an online format.
