Although we understand a borrower has the right to chose whom they apply through, Keystone College does have a preferred Lender list. We have selected these lenders based upon their excellent service to our students and families. These lenders also all participate in the Keystone Best program through American Education Services. That means borrows receive benefits such as zero up-front fees, a 2% interest rate reduction after 36 consecutive payments, a 0.25% interest rate reduction for automatic payment deductions, and a 1% principle reduction upon graduation (for loans disbursed on or after July 1, 2006).
