Student Business Services Office

The Office of Student Business Services at Keystone College is responsible for the timely distribution of accurate information relating to the student's financial account. Our goal is to provide students, families, and staff with quality customer service while upholding state, federal, and institutional policies.  

We also serve as a clearing-house for student charges and credits that appear on the student's invoice and on KC Connect in addition to processing payments, credits, refunds and charges. This office monitors student accounts for accuracy and generates and mails a monthly invoice of charges.
