Type: Donor Endowed Scholarship, About the Scholarship: Established by alumni, William '47 and Jean '43 Fleckenstein, in loving memory of her parents, The Lowell and Nora Swarts Scholarship is annually awarded to a student majoring in Early Childhood Education with a minimum grade point average of 3.0 and financial need.
