Type: Donor Annual Scholarship, About the Scholarship: The Ben Franklin Award of the Scranton Area Foundation is administered by the Scranton Area Foundation and financially supported by the Ben Franklin Trust Fund. This annual scholarship is awarded to a student entering his or her second year who has demonstrated good academic achievement, good citizenship, and financial need.
