Brown, Dr. Roscoe C., Jr., Tuskegee Airman Scholarship

The Dr. Roscoe C. Brown, Jr., Tuskegee Airman Scholarship was established through the generosity of two donors, the Scranton Area Foundation and a benefactor who wishes to remain anonymous, as a tribute to Dr. Brown, and utilized to inspire all students.

The annual earnings from this scholarship are awarded to a returning student who reflects the same qualities as Dr. Brown: valor, leadership, service, courage, energy, and determination.

The scholarship is renewable based on the student's financial need, good academic standing, and full-time status.
