Type: Donor Annual Scholarship, About the Scholarship: The annual Albert and Carol Mueller Scholarship at Keystone College, established by the generosity of Albert and Carol Mueller, is available to current employees of Northeastern Pennsylvania McDonald's Restaurants on the recommendation of the Mueller's, and who meet the admissions and financial aid criteria of Keystone College.
