Refunds & Withdrawals
A traditional student who withdraws* from all courses during the first five weeks of a semester or a weekender student who withdraws from all courses prior to the start of Weekender #3 will receive a partial reduction of tuition (and charges for board, if applicable) according to the week/weekender of the withdrawal as follows:Tuition Refund Schedule for Withdrawals

Tuition Refund for Courses Dropped
No refund (partial or full) is granted after the last day to add a class for a student who drops one or more courses but remains registered in other courses. No adjustment is made from full-time to part-time status after the add deadline.
*Official withdrawal date is the date the student completes the interview with the Student Success Advocate or at the time of the initial contact date with the Student Success Advocate when the decision to withdraw is made. Backdating of withdrawals is not permissible.
A student who is withdrawn for disciplinary reasons is not entitled to any refund.
