When can I request a refund of my credit balance?

If you are a full-time student in the fall or spring semester, you may complete a refund request form after five weeks of classes once your aid is received by the College. Your account must show an actual credit balance for a check to be processed. If the credit is due in part to a Parent PLUS loan, the parent borrower must also sign the request form.

Once your form is received and approved by Student Business Services, a check will be issued within ten to fourteen business days.

Title IV credit balances (credits due entirely to federal aid) are processed automatically and do not have to be requested.

Email Student Business Services with questions.
