How and when can students and/or families contact Student Business Services?
We can discuss account information with parents or legal guardians only if the student authorizes us to do so by listing you on the FERPA waiver form.- Email our office at StudentAccounts@Keystone.edu

Can a relative or other third party make a credit card payment on my student account online?
Yes, a third party can make a credit card payment toward your student account balance by clicking here. The third party will need your social security number or Keystone College student ID number as well as your first and last name.
When should I apply for financial aid? High school seniors should file a FAFSA in January of your senior year. Returning college students should file a FAFSA annually in January.

What are some functions of Student Business Services?
- Bill and collect all tuition and fees
- Provide answers about student invoices
- Approve and assist in set up of payment arrangements
- Accept and process payment
- Process student credit balances
- Assess a student's financial clearance
- Administer students' KeyKard accounts
- Process commuter and resident* meal plan choices
- *After freshman year resident meal plan options change
What is the billing cycle at Keystone College?
- Initial fall invoices are sent in June
- Initial spring invoices are sent in November
- Invoices are sent on a monthly basis throughout each semester
- Invoices are generated only once a student is registered for courses
What is the student invoice?
- Shows detail of charges
- Shows financial award information
- Shows the student account balance and due date

What are the payment options if the financial aid does not cover all costs?
Payment in full to Keystone College via:- Cash
- Check
- Money Order
- Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit cards
- Monthly payments to Tuition Management Systems (TMS)
- Wire Transfer
What is TMS?
TMS is an outside company that partners with Keystone College in offering a monthly payment plan.

Where should I send a wire transfer payment?
Students wishing to wire transfer their payment to the College should use the following account information:

For further credit to Keystone College Account # 9009700944.
A $15.00 charge for each wire transfer will be reflected on the student's account as a "bank charge."
What is a KeyKard Account?
- Convenient method of payment in the Giants Grill, Student Restaurant, and the Bookstore.
- Payments as well as student account credit balances can be posted to KeyKard accounts.
