The offices of Financial Assistance and Planning and Student Business Services work closely together toward the goal of making your education affordable. Navigating through your financing options can be stressful so let us help you with this process. The charges listed below are for the 2007-2008 academic year.

Financial Assistance and Planning Office.
The Financial Assistance & Planning Office is dedicated to providing resources to the students to help them achieve their educational goals. We administer a full spectrum of programs to assist in funding your education such as scholarships, grants, and loans. Program funds are made possible through Keystone College's participation in Federal Student Aid Programs, Pennsylvania and other state grant and loan programs, as well as College funded and endowed scholarships and grants.
Participation on programs funded by federal and state agencies requires that the Financial Assistance & Planning Office comply with the regulations set forth by each governing agency concerning student eligibility and academic progress standards.
Our office is designed so that a first time student entering Keystone College is assigned a Financial Assistance Counselor who will assist that student all through their career at Keystone College.
Student Business Services Office
The Office of Student Business Services is responsible for the timely distribution of accurate information relating to a student's financial account. Our goal is to provide students, families, and staff with quality customer service while upholding state, federal, and institutional policies.
We also serve as a clearing-house for student charges and credits that appear on the student's invoice and on KC Connect in addition to processing payments, credits, refunds and charges. This office monitors student accounts for accuracy and generates and mails a monthly invoice of charges. For an explanation of how we bill tuition and other charges, please click here.
