Keystone College currently supports the ability to synchronize College email, calendar, and contacts with mobile devices that use Microsoft ActiveSync. Before you connect your Smartphone with exchange mail, make sure you can successfully log in to your Keystone College email from any computer using Outlook Web Access.
Once you know that you can successfully log in, you can now link your Email to your Smartphone device. You may need the following information:
- Exchange Server: excalibur03.keystone.edu
- If prompted, make sure that This server uses SSL is checked.
- Domain: keystone-edu
- Username: This is the Keystone College Network ID you use to login to campus computers or check email.
- Password: This is the same password you use to login to a campus computers or check email.
After you have entered this information and you are connected to a wireless network with your device, you can sync your smartphone with your mailbox. The initial download of all of your mail, calendar entries, and contacts may take some time.
Please note that ActiveSync setup is different for each device. It is recommended that you review the manual that comes with your device for detailed setup instructions.
